Adam is our early morning Hiit Trainer waking you up with his 5:15am classes! He helps you develop the necessary conditioning to be athletic in every situation life presents. He is all about quality over quantity, not just in working out, but in all aspects of life. Adam will always bring his A game and give you 100% effort. All he asks is for you to do the same!
Brittney Hall is the Fitness Director at Monmouth Fitness Club! She has been a part of this club since she was 15 years old. She was born and raised in Monmouth and loves the community. Brittney, and her husband Ryan have two kids who you will see time to time running through the club! She earned her B.S. in Human Biology and Health from WOU in 2009 and is certified through AFAA in Group Fitness, and certified in multiple fitness formats.
