You can work with your trainer at whatever frequency you prefer: Some people seek the motivation of personal training provides several times a week, others just once a month. Fitness is mostly about developing good habits and we suggest you meet with your trainer at least once every 6 weeks so that adjustments can be made to your fitness program for continued results. Too many people stay on the same regime for an extended period of time and wonder why they’re no longer experiencing changes in their fitness level. It’s important to challenge yourself and regular updates will accomplish this.
