HIIT Training can burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. We find that our participants burn anywhere from 450-1000 calories during a 55-minute session! Participating in this type of class also allows you to burn calories long after the workout is complete because it raises your metabolic rate. This will allow your body to shift into a “fat-burning” mode. You will also find improvements in your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
